Addie-Tude Dance Company : Team Member

Yvelis Agosto: Yvelis is currently attending Mercy College looking to achieve a bachelor's degree in English. As a dancer, She began to take formal dance lessons from "Starlite Dance Studio".  After a year, she moved on as a student to the "Side Street Kids Academy" for nine years. She gives credit to Toni & Carlos Mendoza for coaching her with the foundation of Mambo dancing. Yvelis continued her training with "Descarga Latina, The New Generation" for two years.  She has performed side by side with Celia Cruz and Johnny Pacheco.  As her dancing technique improved, she eventually got the opportunity to teach at Side Street Kids Academy for two years.  In addition, she also assisted to conduct workshops with Nelson Flores.  Yvelis was invited to join the "Addie-Tude" Dance Company in 2008.  With her incredible love and energy for the dance, she is clearly a great addition and benefit to the company. Yvelis gives credit to Toni & Carlos Mendoza, Nelson Flores, and Addie Diaz for dance technique and style.
